In years gone by the St Ann's Well was a site of pilgrimage for the sick, the halt and the lame. They came from near and far to drink the curative waters. It was taken before I was born but thought it might appeal to the young and the older members who may have some interesting stories of that older area of nottingham. While on this subject has anyone ever visited the caves beneath that area containing Tanneries and the underground slum housing. I know at one time there were guided tours of the area starting near to the entrance in Broadmarsh Centre just off Lister gate

Dry cleaning is expensive, give your clothes to a charity shop and they will clean them. Then buy them back, it works out cheaper.
