Feeling a bit down and under the weather with my hay fever this morning so decided to have Alexa play some 60’s music to cheer me up. First three songs were Unchained Melody .. Righteous Brothers Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Any more ... Walker Brothers and then Never Walk Alone Gerry & The Pacemakers. Seems like Alexa feels like me this morning!

We live in a tower block & my lad rang & asked if I had a hose pipe he could borrow. ? Sometimes I do worry about that boy.

Well had my first injection of tryptorelin on Monday & that'll last for 3 months & should shrink the tumour, gave me a sore bum but needs must... Been to see oncologist this morning & I should be having radiotherapy in about 3 months time. He said after the tryptorelin has shrunk the tumour he'll blast the prostate, seminal vesicle's & nearby lymph node's with radiation & hopefully that should be that. He said the wee-wee problems should hopefully resolve after the tryptorelin injections & radiotherapy have shrunk/ bopped off the tumour, but if they don't I'll need a TU

Four of us sat at table outside pub when two others joined us at the table.I got up and moved to another table...My move was greeted with derision.Told 'em like it or not I was not prepared to sit shoulder to shoulder. I am starting invigilating at the local school from Friday, not sure whether it will be one on one or in the big room with more pupils. It was quite difficult to decide what to do especially as Nottingham cases are rising again and I do know some schools have had outbreaks of Delta although I don’t know about the school I am going to, it hadn’t had any cases for a while when I was in there in April/May. So I will be wearing my mask, using my taffix spray, making sure windows are open and placing my (hopefully not misguided) trust in my Pfizer vaccine to protect me if not from catching it b
