I have notice that the page loading time is much improved. Seems like this is faster hosting than the last lot. They also messaged me to say I could have SSL. I am no expert in this but they have installed it. I need to read up on its use? SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

When all is working OK we can now proceed with major upgrade of Forum Software. The new hosting has the required spec to run the new software version.

I have never seen this red indicator. Its disappearance may have been due to a software update. We are due a major update in the next couple of weeks. After the server move. We will move from Las Vegas to the UK.

This is a pop up ad that I just received. I was pretty impressed, it started with a blue screen of death overlaid with a warning, tried to leave the page and another pop up box appeared along side a loud siren sound. Had to shut down the machine to get rid of it. Unfortunately it was displayed on my Chromebook, which does not have blue screen errors! I wont be calling 0800-******
