  1. Hey guys, this might be a long shot but does anyone have any photos of the Eat Out which used to be on the corner of Albert Road and Davies Road. Lots of bikers used to meet there in the 70's and its a friends birthday this Saturday and some boards have been made up with old photos of those days, the only one we have missing is a picture of that popular establishment. I have looked on all sorts of sites but I have to admit I'm stumped. Can anyone help?
  2. Ah, thanks guys, they were troubling me
  3. Does anyone remember the tiny corner custom bike shop in the Meadows, might have been Kirby Street, had an Ariel Square Four chopper in the window? I can clearly recall pressing my nose up against the window to look at its classic old skool looks. Think Boothbys Batteries was on the corner or very near it on Arkwright Street. Over the road at one time was a place that did fibreglass bits, seem to remember there being a gp sidecar mould in the window.
  4. This is Pix on my BSA B33 circa 1975. I had moved to Lincoln at this time to be closer to her. I was one of the regular bikers who met up at the Eat Out on Central Avenue, West Bridgford. After that shut for the night we would go over to the White Post for the ride and a social, or the services on the M1. I also used to frequent the Dancing Slipper on the Avenue, the Cellar Bar at the Musters Hotel, there used to be a heck of a lot of bikers there in those days. Me and Pix. Me on my trusty CD175 with Jock Kerr 240cc kit on it Somewhere in Bridgford.
