You have to get mobile broadband. About £13/month. WiFi still needs to be paid for if you try to connect to a local access point (as in Motorway Service areas) Not very often you can connect for free (except in the middle of London)

Finally made it across to Chester today after getting as far as near the M1 J26 on Thursday morning, went passed Beefy's and threw him a wave but I expect he was still in his pit and missed it as it was 'bout 8 when I passed. Left Notts in the thick fog and drizzle,which was the same all the way out till I passed Tarporly, when it cleared up and turned out to be a fine morning. Not a sign of snow in Chester. Started raining about 3.30 and continued to rain all the way home. Looking forward to the snow now.

If it starts up on a new install and works OK till you shut it down then it is not a hardware problem. Even though you do a hard drive format, this, unfortunately does not delete all that is on the hard drive. Seems like you have a setting wrong in the Bios. You can do all sorts of damage if you don't know your way around the Bios so, if you are not sure, ask someone you know to have a look. Have you considered fitting a second hard drive?

The last time me and Mrs Frank went in there, they charged me £3 fer a bottle of Red Rock Cider. It must have been 10 years ago. Over £6 a pint 10 years ago!!!!!! Dread to think what they charge now..........
