I could see for miles today Stu because of the nice weather. Took my binoculars and was lucky enough to see a pair of buzzards making the most of the thermals over Woodborough.

Had a lovely walk around Calverton today taking in Spindle Lane, Fox Wood, Dark Lane, Carrington Lane etc,ending up in the new café ' Coal & Lace ' for a cup of tea and toasted tea cake, very nice. if you are in Calverton give it a try, the owners are local and friendly and the food is lovely, I really recommend it...

I watch the BBC news at 6 followed by East Midlands Today whenever I can. I don't like watching ITV news for some reason, I guess it's a routine more than anything...

I like both versions ian. I saw John Foxx a couple of years ago at the Royal Concert Hall when he was supporting OMD...still great in my eyes.

As I have said on other threads, Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream along with Jean Michel Jarre gave me my life long love of electronic music. Everyone from ABC to Ultravox have been influenced by them.
