I am hoping to make contact with anyone who worked at Johnson Precision in Queens Rd, Nottingham between 1979 & 1980 when I worked there. I know the company no longer exists (or exists as another entity) but would love to know what happened to the company and the administration staff. I left the company in 1980 to return to Australia, I was employed as an Assistant Accountant. I will be in the UK in March and am going to Nottingham for a few days for a 'nostalgic look' at where I spent some great times. Hopefully someone out there is able to assist me.

I have only just come across this topic and just joined this forum and like so many others I stayed at the Musters Hotel in 1979 for a short time and enjoyed the nightly entertainment. I understand from the various posts that the hotel no longer exists, however I would like to know what is currently on the site and also the street number in Musters Rd at which the hotel was located. I will be in Nottingham for the first time in many years in March (I live in Australia) and will be visiting a number of old haunts and the Musters Hotel would be good to add to the list.
