An image that takes me back to a Nottm I was comfortable with...safe,even when rambling off as a nipper. My Art College Tutor lived on Berry Hill Rd. ..he tracked tested motorbikes when younger and spoke of a great bike shop in Mansfield in the 1950's. Electrics were terrible Mick...the Motor Guzzi though was a different story..lovely machine.

Was it St.Marks Street or Curzon Street that sold me a Garelli..did for 9 months..screwed it up going all the way to Marble Arch on rough ground. Shared a Benelli later with my kid Brother...a great bike..but as always the bluebottles would stop us.

It's a shame this has happened..Johns idea isn' t a bad one..i would gladly pay a yearly fee to NS for any reason. The site and it 's members are like family to me.
