      The cottages you refer to Vine Street, Gate  Street & Leivers Street were built in 1874 to house miners at Wollaton Colliery.
      Both my mothers parents were born on Gate Street in 1887,
      My Grandfather Walter Clifton
             Grandmother Elizabeth Radford
      Grandfather worked at Wollaton colliery all his working life
