Hi Cliff Ton can you remember or know of anyone who used drive the lorries for Sarah White from Bulwell, they were based at Nuthall right where the motorway bridge is now they also had petrol station there as well with many different brands available, and were prabably one of the first petrol stations in Notts to sell the cheaper JET fuel in the late 50s and 60s.They had a fleet of Bedford trucks and a few Dodges, this would be in the early 60s,l think some of the Bedfords were ex.military and were brought from Ruddington along with many spare parts.I dont remember Mr and Mrs White snr. too well but remember their son and daughter Edna and Eddy quite well i would have been about 9 years old at the time.
