Possibly but that soap in your illustration is not Imperial Leather.
Please be aware that it is more than 40 years since I worked for that company and I have no knowledge of their current products. I do not live in the same country now.

Hello sir , so my story is that my grandfather used Gerard’s soap bar for a long time , unfortunately the the factory was shut down because of the fire and the soap is gone forever , can you sir give me the ingredients of the soap so i can make it in my home and restore good memory’s of my grandfather please ? , and i have an image of the soap .

I cannot be of much help to you as it is more than forty years since I left the company.
Your understanding of the Gerard's situation is far from correct. You can find out the real situation about the company on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerard_Bros.
Regarding making their soap at home, this is not a practical idea. Gerards made 1,000 tonnes of soap per week. It involved chemical processing unsuitable for emulating at home.
