I am a Solicitor representing the family of a gentleman who died from asbestos-related cancer as a result of his exposure to asbestos whilst employed at COD Chilwell. He was employed as a mechanical fitter working on the military vehicles and was exposed to asbestos used in the make-up of items such as clutches and brakes.
