Other websites have this facility and if a new topic is not of interest, there is a window that allows you to 'Mark As Read' Apart from that and in order to keep the New Content as such, one has to open each new post and then close on a daily basis. In fact IPB has far more facilities than any other forum software 'Free or Paid' That's why our address is not http//:nottstalgia.pooboards.com If you want to choose what you view, use time period the filters at the bottom of the list, Thus you can avoid such as the like of members political chatter if you are not interested.
