Michael Booth 7,364
One of the greatest musicians ever. When I first saw him on stage at the Marquee Club, London, in the 60's I knew I was seeing someone special. He went on to become respected by everybody whose anybody on the Worlds music scene. He died on this day in 1995 but his music will be with me forever. Rory Gallagher R.I.P.

FLY2 10,108
As I've stated elsewhere , a true gentleman and ultimate professional musician. Didn't do drugs, didn't swear, didn't indulge with groupies, was kind and polite. However, he loved a drink. A man who has influenced such people as Slash, Johnny Marr, Brian May and Joe Bonamassa. Great memories Rory, you were simply the best.
