You will have registered by now that I have an interest in Tramways in the Wollaton / Bramcote area.

I have attached a sketch of what a horse drawn vehicle may have looked like. If the drawing is to scale then note the width of the cutting on Moor Lane. It would have accommodated a vehicle of this width. post-3287-0-91333400-1427964029_thumb.jp

I'm not much interested in trams - sorry, but I like the little sketch. Did you do that?

Not trams as we know them. Bet in didn't take them three years to get them up and running as they are in Nottingham.

I wish I was good enough to sketch like that. Its rather cute isn,t it ?

There used to be Trams,

not going quick,

Gotcha from place to place,

Now theres just jams half a mile fick,
