mercurydancer 1,104
From the time of Cromwell, the PM is parliamentary, ie police, and not HM forces. So HM gets protected by the military. Downing St is exclusively police.

mary1947 2,079
Waiting to get on the tram the other day a man and women with a pushchair each, young child in each one, were trying to get off, the man's pushchair's wheels would not go in the direction he wanted, the women was shouting at him, he answered back with ffff-----k hell. now if parents behave like that, how can they bring up children. Maybe it's these people who are to blame for how children behave?
