poohbear 1,360
Last time in there was Silver Wedding Anniversary of future inlaws. They got up for the first dance and proceeded to do a quick step with all the fancy footwork and jerking of the head routine of a pair of pros....(they'd been going to dance classes for years) all us young uns were in stitches.... and trying to hide our hilarity of course.... The only thing missing was a number on their backs.
TBI 2,351
I went there for a job interview in the '80s. Ilkeston co-op was doing very, very well because of it's innovative travel department, but the traditional retailing side was just like most co-ops. Tell us what you think about our operation, the boss asked, and don't pull any punches we've got broad shoulders. I told him. Didn't get the job.
