Wish I could have taken my mum out for lunch, as I always used to. Still find it very difficult to walk past displays of cards for mothering sunday knowing that I won't be buying one.   BUT.

we just put the clocks forward and lost an hour.  I wish we could just leave it at one setting.

Yes I probably do, Ian.  Couldn't swear to it.  Us dads probably get the short end of the stick and it falls on the same day in both countries.  :)  Dogs always get me something anyway.

No no no Red, in these days of diversity mothers & fathers are not permitted anymore, say the lefty Manchester students, only parents are permitted.
