Not 'arf !

i think Gary Puckett lived near Union Gap ..Idaho.

It was re- released in 1974 and we bopped at the Polish Club to this or stepped over girls handbags at Teen Discos.

Sadly Dan is with us no more..songs like this remind me of hot sunny days in Wales or Cornwall..just being nostalgic...it was most likely raining...the cricket always seemed to be on hold.

But i like the musicianship here...and it looks liver than live.( well the synch is out.)

Mike Post and his music i also like.

Used to buy those 45p Song Sheets from Clements on Derby Rd...or Jacks on Market St.

Thinking back 45 pence were'nt cheap...that's nine bob!

Think this is 1974?

When i first heard this i thought "my God The Rubettes are credible".

Station announcer then mentioned Ozark...so naturally i was curious and purchased the LP.

Though '74 i was deep into fishing and played Sparks music bankside.

Climax Blues Band got me hooked a year or so later. 8 years after this i visited with our Kid the Ozark Plateau.

Missouri was nice...blue lakes as i recall.Got ratted on Michelbob and New York King Cut steaks for dinner.

Old Bill Perks here ...AKA Wyman, doing some lovely summer singing

French/Penge style.

Bill was always involved in outside Stones projects and was the first to cut his own album and single.Love Bills piss take...this is Mandy Smith comes alive.

About 3 stone ago i was invited to the opening of his Sticky Fingers Restaurant..thru' work i was doing..Bulwell held up well that night!

This song never seems to date..Quebec bloke Andy Kim...live and the backstage orchestration helps.

Break out the bellbottoms.
