DJ360 6,721
Went out this evening for a quick wander to the end of the street. There's a little bit of a ridge with a path along the top where you can look over towards Liverpool, which is about 15 miles away. Saw this. So I zoomed in a bit on the little red lne in the middle... And realised I was actually looking at Giraffes wandering majestically across the Serengeti..... It's amazing what you can see from here... 6

jonab 1,644
Is there a drought in the Serengeti? Those giraffes look a bit malnourished - you can see their skeletons. Nice picture.

Main thing is that it proves that as well as the Isle of Man, All of Wales, The Himalayas and parts of Patagonia.. (All according to the locals..) From Billinge you can also see the Serengeti. It's very clear today so I'll have a look later and see whether the Pyramids are silhouetted against the evening sky...

Beekay 5,134
Don't know if it's the lack of aircraft, but can't remember skies so clear and blue. Almost cloudless, apart from yesterday when I thought it were going to rain.
