James Shipstone's grave is nearby & just as much neglected & look how much he did for this City !

Last time I went to the Rock cemetery it had hordes of junkie cave dwellers living there.

General Cemetery as well, only there's no caves. Guess they lift a few lids at night!

I am aware that this is an old thread but the title is right for my post I think. Today I watched celebrity Mastermind. One candidate was answering questions on the life and work of Watson Fothergill. She did well with all  9 correct answers and no passes. Having read posts on this site I was able to answer some of them. The other 3 candidates failed to reach 9 points even when they had done the general knowledge. A bit of a shame but very entertaining and good to see details of Watson Fothergill on TV. The winner is a florist in Nottingham who has been on the Apprentice. Well done to her!

I'd never previously considered the idea that some topics on Nottstalgia might be useful for Mastermind contestants.

A specialist subject of 'Things that pee you off' isn't likely to come up very often.
