Waddo 921
Surely not, Biggles!!. My series 2 landrover had a fold flat screen until I converted to a single screen.
IAN FINN 792
Did you look like snoopy?
Waddo 921
Yes i know it's a bit of a thread drift, nowt new, but it seems about right, being as assorted vehicles have been mentioned.. Anyway, isn't it remarkable that today, we have 'works ' transit vans with more gizmos than you got in a Rolls Royce 30years ago!!. But to counter that, if you have the slightest bump in a modern day vehicle, it's written off!!. Whereas 30years ago, you could knock trees down (metaphorically speaking) and still drive home!! philmayfield 6,089
Probably. I forgot to say I have the leather flying jacket to complete the ensemble!
IAN FINN 792
Did you get the keep fit starting handle like i had in my moggy the lift forward seats were also a bonus.
philmayfield 6,089
It certainly had a starting handle. I sold it to a butcher in Coddington but the registration, FBT 20, survives to this day on a modern car. Looking at the original logbook it had been owned by just about every member of the RAF! I resprayed in Rolls Royce metallic blue, my first and only attempt at a respray. It was rather good though!

Paradiddle 145
Photo coming up! This thread started with congestion due to bridge works so thought this image might be of interest. According to the Nottingham Post, travellers have now moved onto the park & ride site!!
