philmayfield 6,089
We’ve got a plethora of scarecrows around the village for VE Day and the NHS. They can be seen on the Bleasby village facebook page. If you see a large knitted cat up a tree that’s ours. We’re hoping to have more dancing round the Maypole in the Glebe Field. Apparently we’re getting a visit from Midland’s TV.
Beekay 5,094
Let's have a couple of pictures Phil. Not seen a scarecrow for years, except of course when I look in the mirror.

MargieH 7,594
It really is good. Hope there aren’t any naughty youths near you... it would be a shame if it became damaged Has she stuffed it with proper toy stuffing So it can be given to a child later?
Beekay 5,094
I should imagine if it's left out up in the tree in all weathers, then it won't be in much state to give a child. Nice thought Margie. Maybe Mrs.PM will knit a few more for the kids.
