Just seen that Bobby Ball from Cannon and Ball age 76 has passed away due to Virus.

 

You gave us lots of laughs "BOBBY"   RIP.

Thank you RR for that cheery comment about his age :(

I liked watching Cannon and Ball  many years ago and also seeing him more recently in ‘Not going out’ 

I suppose I’m still a child at heart, despite being well into my innings!

... and I hope I’ll never change into a boring cynical old person :P 
(Not alluding to anyone on here of course)

I was never that bothered about them in the original days, and I've only slightly seen Not Going Out, but they also made a couple of guest appearances in Last of the Summer Wine where their contribution fitted in well.

I could take or leave his type of humour. He was a human being and as far as I can see he did little or no harm.

Quite liked Bobby, Saw him in Skeggy and had to wait while Donna qued for his autograph,, seemed a nice chap,,and thought he was a good actor,, RIP Bobby
