LizzieM 9,232
I used to read books but now the only print I read is the morning newspaper.
Cliff Ton 9,955
I can't remember the last time I read a paper newspaper. I used to get through a lot because I had access to them at work. All of my news now comes from websites or TV. But I do read a lot of real books - I can't do novels etc online. I tried a Kindle and also the Kindle app on my phone. Read a couple of 'books' on them but for me, there's no substitute for the feel of a real book in my hand
DJ360 6,353
After a lifetime as an avid reader, I only seem to be able to dip into books now. It's not so bad because much of what I read is reference stuff. For novels I now use Audible and get them read to me.
Beekay 4,275
Wouldn't be without my Kobo e-reader. Could carry 6,000 books in me pocket, but in reality, I've only got about 52. Was buggered when I lost me broadband for 4 weeks about March.
annswabey 599
I've been an avid reader of books too, mainly novels, for about 50 years. Just can't get back into it. Just read the weekend Times and Telegraph which lasts me all week
