l keep meaning to buy a digital radio so l can listen to Boom Radio and Greatest Hits Radio but not if they have the same amount of adverts as Smooth. What especially gets on my nerves is the gabbling of terms & conditions etc at the end of most adverts.

No point in us having a digital radio as we have no digital signals where we live so it is on line only.

Just watching the dying overs of the third test Australia vs Pakistan on TV and we are being bombarded by adverts at the end of every over. In the last ad break a certain Canadian beverage was advertised three times in the same break. Don't the marketing plonkers understand that constant repetition makes people like me not purchase their products. Or does the average joe have the attention span of a goldfish and it not register that they have seen it three times. A certain fast food chicken company is the sponsor of the Big Bash 20/20 cricket so their adverts appear almost every ad break as well as the electronic signage around the boundaries.
