Black Eyed Pistachio 0 Posted February 10, 2007 Report Share Posted February 10, 2007 Basically as Firefox exists at the mo it lacks the inability to format text in character sets other than US-ASCII, base 9, and this is where the problem exists. IE however sees the text as standard base nine universal and is able to format accordingly.. I have emailed the programmers on several occasions informing them of this bug but have yet have received no reply, the only surefire solution to everyday surfing is to use a patched and secured IE, as until Firefox gets fixed, it in no way compares to the comprehensive abilities of the good old Microsoft product. hope this helps .. take care.. black eyed pistachio..
