Jimmy Ruffin, The Four Tops, (hit at that time "Going Loco in Acapulco) And the Great Junior Walker How could I forget such an outstanding line up.
The Actual Shedfixman 3
As a thirteen year old back in '73, got talked into going to see a welsh metal combo called BUDGIE at the then Albany Hotel. Whilst queuing outside at the 'Devonshire Rooms' entrance, heard an 'OI! Give us a push, Matey!' Gave this old rockster from the support act a pushstart with his knackered Bedford Dormobile van and he added, 'Now Sonny - if you help us up that escalator with a couple o' four twelves, I'll get yer in fer nowt!' Deal done. Wonder what happened to Judas Priest? Strangely enough, I somehow ended up supporting Budgie at The Peoples's College with the 'Jabs' in '81 and then years later, whilst hitch hiking in South Wales in '97, some geezer in a cement mixer truck pulled over and gave me a lift; 'This aint my reeall job, markyou matey - I'm buildin' a reecorrdin stiwwdeeo! I ewsed to play drerms in a band called 'BERRJEE!' but you're problee too young to reeemember them, iznit?' Fill in the reply yersens The Actual
mick2me 3,029
Now why should that groups name be so familliar to me? Was there a track about that time I was keen on?. Long fergotten? Could be a track played by 'DJ Petal' at the Union Rowing Club in the 70's? Deja Vu!
The Actual Shedfixman 3
Suspect the track you may be thinking of is 'BREADFAN', dood - or 'Bedpan' as I kept referring to it, when speaking to Burke Shelley. When I also asked him about the daft lyrics to 'Outlaw Rag' and swiped half of his blow and then spent the entire sound check on the bog, that was presumably when he decided to instruct his sound crew to nobble us by switching the right side of the stage off. Hey, it's only rock 'n roll, but Ah Lahhk it! The Actual

darcy83 1
We saw Decon Blue back in the late 80's at the Royal Concert Hall. it was our first concert together as a couple, sadly i was towed along to see David Essex as a child, still have nightmares to this day!!!!!! But Decon Blue were well worth the show. One of the things we are really looking forward to doing when we get back. :D
