Bip 88
As it was a nice day today I thought I would take a trip into Beeston to pay my council tax bill for the month. While walking back from the council offices I decided to take a leisurely stroll up the high street to see if there were any half price bargains in the prolific amount of charity shops which have sprung up in the past ten years in Beeston, they actually out number the banks, building societies and estate agents now. Spotted some nice ties but a little pricey by my standards so decided to wait a bit on the off chance they get reduce in the winter sales. Half way along the high road I came across the building where only last week Mc Donald’s were trading, there was a large sign outside of the once premises saying TO LET. Lets hope this is a trend that spreads to other towns. Bip.
