Photograph taken by the City Council Health department, prior to demolition, as part of the post World War 1 housing improvements. Note the toilet closets which would have been shared and which would, probably been of the 'earth type' 'pan' lavatories. Also showing an open drain from the water tap stand pipe. The house shown here has a nice collection of pot plants!
