Beefsteak 305 Posted June 20, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 Caption reads This photograph is thought to be the funeral procession for auxillary fireman Clifford Farndon of Cloister Street, Nottingham. Mr Farndon was killed during the Coventry blitz and his funeral attended by firemen from all over the midlands. There is no year to the caption but the Coventry blitz was November 14/15th 1940 I will put in an up to date photo when I next get over to see my mum. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
