Around 1920 there was a "school" of this name which in its spare time also played other schools at hockey, football etc. There's no trace of any such place so far. The only suggestions I've had are a sort of technical "school" at Nottingham University, or something at Ericcsons. Any ideas? !jumping! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

[Q]My mother, Jeanne K Anderson, recently passed away and going through her things in order to settle her estate has raised many questions. We knew that Mum worked intercepting German coded Morse transmissions during the war and we have a record of her having been at Chicksands Priory in March 1943 as part of Y service.
