Limey 242
I tried posting something a couple of weeks ago - it said that after "review" it would be posted - still hasn't shown up!

mick2me 3,033
I got my entry placed in the moderator queue, but did not get a notification email. Were you able to place an entry Frank, but got a Moderation notification? Eric, I approved your March Entry re your visit, its now visible. A reminder about your visit will appear at the bottom of the board for 28 days before the event.

Thanks - but it appeared on the 2nd instead of the 1st! So I edited it to make sure, and now it has disappeared again!

Beefsteak 305
Could the time difference be anything to do with it
mick2me 3,033
Could the time difference be anything to do with it If it is, it might be a a bug that invision need to know about? The first of March will occur at different times in the world, but it will occur at a specific time in the UK. What date do you see Eric arriving at the Poacher? Beware the Ides of March BTW. Frank 13
Were you able to place an entry Frank, but got a Moderation notification? No luck Mick. If I click on 'Add a single event' i get the error message returned Eric - you meet shows up as the 1st on my calendar.
Limey 242
Looks like a bug - if I reset my time zone to GMT, it shows up on the 1st - with it set to GMT-5 (Eastern time zone) - it goes to the 2nd!
Beefsteak 305
I have it as the 1st. No problem cos if I tell SWMBO it's the 2nd too that means I get to go out both nights .........LOL
mick2me 3,033
I am trying to work out if erics time zone would make it the 2nd when it actually occurs? That maybe the reason? Frank, what error message do you get? Maybe a local setting as Frank is in Group moderators? Beefy, try posting a calendar item?
Limey 242
I am trying to work out if erics time zone would make it the 2nd when it actually occurs? That maybe the reason? Don't think so - we have it down as 7:00pm - which is only 2:00pm here! UNLESS - it is taking it as 7:00pm EST (my time zone), then it would be midnight GMT, which could put it into Sunday! Which would mean the calender is converting the viewers timezone to GMT!
