Long before I migrated south I grew up in Bramcote. I saw that there was a geographical gap between the Nottstalgia forums for "Lenton, Beeston & Chilwell" and "Bilborough, Aspley & Strelley." There have been various discussions touching on Bramcote and Wollaton - strangely most of these revolved around pubs (The Sherwin, The Rose Grower, The Nurseryman, The Admiral Rodney)! Anyhow I put "me name in the frame" to kick off a new forum for the area. Anyone else ever live in that area or have any memories? sr Quote Link to post Share on other sites
