Just a few important tips to remember!

DON'T post your telephone number/s or anyone elses's numbers. You never know who is "lurking" reading the posts!

DON'T post your street address EVER! Same reasons.

DON'T post your email address EVER! You could end up being spammed to death!

Those tips might sound straightforward and you would never do it, but people forget and think it's safe to do so, IT'S NOT!!

So just wait until someone contacts you regarding your post and PM any information you wish conveyed.

John.

I have had to edit a few posts recently for just these reasons. Is there any way an automated reply can be sent to new members on joining??

I don't think so Ian.

Just stay vigilant and remove telephone numbers and email address's if you see them.

Thanks for that John

I could write it into the script for reply to registrations, but people would not read it?
