loppylugs 8,429
I was there in 1961. Worked for the company that wired the place. I think it started as a grammar school with boys and girls segregated.
Trickymicky 57
It was Rushcliffe Technical Grammar School for Boys/Girls. I had only been there a year or so when it became a comprehensive, incorporating Musters Road school. So that would have been around 1969. At this point, i think, the Midland Cottages annexe became available to the school.

Nottingham Mod 17
I attended Rushcliffe Boys Technical Grammar School from 1964-1966. Left with some decent O'levels set me up as an Apprentice Draughtsman at Plessey Telecommunications Beeston. names I remember: John Pilkington, Andy Sinclair and two other guys called Zipser and Roper. We are all 70yr this year (2020).
Marion Docherty 1
I was at Rushcliffe Girls Technical Grammar from 1964-1969 then the comprehensive from 1969-1971. Was a good grammar school but went downhill fast as a comp under Dr Littlejohn
