What did you think of the England match last night.

I'd like to see them try an England team picked from outside the premiership, I want to see some passion desire emotion anger fire & two footed leg breaking tackles!

& I'd give the job to psycho, he would have come good at Forest eventually?

I can almost believe this.

The England squad arriving back in the county early this morning.

We'll soon have no Prime Minister, no Leader of the Opposition and no England football manager.

Love to see Physco do it too, only problem being he's rubbish at the managerial side, passion and pride in abundance, but managerial skills, nope. englandflagenglandflagenglandflagenglandflag

Bobby Charlton was asked how he thought the England team of '66 would have fared against Iceland.

" I think we'd have won 1-0 " he replied.

"Only 1-0?" Said the reporter.

"Yes," said Bobby. "Most of us are in our 70's now!"

The match was an embarrassment. I mean no disrespect to the Icelanders, but we were just woeful.

Both the players and management should take a long hard look at themselves.

Highly paid failures.

I think a major part of the blame should be the FA.

They should have appointed Redknapp last time round - instead of Roy.

Nice guy, but underqualified. As Shearer said, he didn't know his best team or what system to play.

But the FA have never appointed the public's choice.

Hodgson was great at giving interviews and press conferences - that's really what the FA was more concerned with. Someone who would toe the line.

Management is more than being a politician.

Inspirational leaders are rarely diplomats.

Try telling that to Celtic 'supporters' who don't even have the decency to recognise a minutes silence on Rememberance day.

It's amazing how the media and 'fickle fans' behave at times, after beating the Welsh despite losing at half time, ''Woy'' was a 'tactical genius' with his changes for us to then go on and win......... Not forgetting we won every single qualifier......... Yet straightaway after one loss he's the worlds great Satan!
Armholes the lot of them!

Another totally lacklustre performance. Where's Lallana for Gods sake. Again, far too many soft cockneys.
