Welcome tony2doors. Don't know if you noticed but you'd replied to a thread which had been sitting idle for 2 and half years ;) .

And the person who originally posted the message hasn't logged back in for nearly that long, so I'm not sure if they will see your comment. In 1975 I applied for and was offered a job repairing Fork lift trucks.

I never took the job but I recall the managers name was McGuffin.

A pretty useless fact in relation to your question I know :)

I worked for Coops 'shopfitting' when I was a Lad.

The New Broad Marsh had square signs above each till that said "Cash & Wrap"

They could have adapted one for above the Toilets "Wash & Crap" :)
