Turns out it belonged to one of the Surveyors, no they didn't pay that well, he used to buy RR's that were insurance write offs and restore them.

I used to do car/van delivery's at New Crown & they always wanted the bus/train tickets & petrol receipts. You'd often deliver a new car & bring back their old one, the petrol tank would usually be empty. Used to go all over the country at New Crowns expense on swaps = you'd take a blue Bedford Astravan to a Dudley dealer & bring back a Nova on trade plates. New Crown is now a Lidl...
