firbeck 859
Happy Birthday to the Beatles, 50 years since their first appearance at the Cavern, the birth place of modern music Rog So what did the Liverpool Council do in the 70's, flatten the original Cavern in order to build a new underground line, except that they never got round to building it, and assuming that they had, I'm sure, rather like the M11 that took out the end of the Duxford runway, it could have gone a few feet away and missed it all together. Bloody councils, The Beatles put Liverpool on the map, so the City Fathers repay their memory by flattening the source of the millions they made by exploiting them, morons. I think PPM is brilliant and they never bettered it. Only my opinion of course!!
