Only to find shop assistants who have no idea what stock they sell if it's not in their little area. Take you to where they think it could be, only to say when you have walked one end of the floor to the other, sorry, if we sold it, it would be here? Is it a fault of nowadays being "too clean" where nobody is allowed to get mucky, play on the soil, on the pavement or eat fruit and veg straight from the plant or pulled from the earth but are entirely confined in a bubble of Dettol, antiseptic wipes and sterility?
