Cliff Ton 10,465
You learn summat new every day on here. I'd never even noticed that grey cross before; and I certainly didn't know what it was for. I would have had to click on it to find out what happened next .

loppylugs 8,429
It must be a paw print! I've never noticed it and certainly din't know I had one. (Grin)
carni 10,094
Why have some people got one and not others? Have I got one?
BeestonMick 263
If you have a signature you have a cross, you don't 'cos you haven't got a signature. Click one and see what happens, you won't kill anything. Por exemplo:
carni 10,094
OK. I clicked yours. It gives me the option of ignoring yours or all. I'm not sure why I would want to see them or ignore them? As you can tell, I am not very up on these things. There must be some need for it but I am baffled!
BeestonMick 263
Guaranteed it's something someone asked for as an extension at IPB and they've kept it. I don't see the point of it personally and it has to be a useless piece code and DB usage.
Robbie 39
I have just received a time lapse MP4 video (.mp4) but it is 65mb, which I viewed in windows media player. I found it very interesting and tried uploading, but no luck. Maybe its not possible to do this in this format and size. Can anyone help or advise.?

DAVIDW 1,683
Can't answer because I don't know what the limit is but those that post images here , upload their photos to an external hosting site such as Photobucket (or in my case flickr )  .  You then insert the URL of the image (must end with suffix .jpg) in your message/reply . This method keeps the data limits for the message board to a minimum.
FLY2 10,108
Has anyone got an answer to my problem ? Every time I open up a link within a post, such as the latest on in the Cyclists topic, I get logged out, and have to sign in again. Any ideas ?
loppylugs 8,429
I would think it depends on how long you are on the other site, Fly.  I still find that any time of seeming inactivity like writing a longish post can get me logged out pretty quick.
