jackson 301
How sad I was to learn of the passing of Mary Tamm. Mary was a stunningly beautiful actress, starring as the glamorous Time Lady 'Romana', assistant to Tom Baker (Dr Who) in the 1970's; Romana travelled the universe aboard the Tardis. I'm lucky in that I have a cousin given the lovely name of Romana. I remember Mary making her debut in the compelling BBC drama: 'The Girls Of Slender Means' (1975); her beauty was riveting. God Bless You Mary

Limey 242
Seems we have a number of not-so-old female personalities losing battles to cancer - Sally Ride (first American female in space) passed away last Sunday, age 61, from an 18 month battle with pancreatic cancer. Very sad.
