It’s with great sadness that we will be saying goodbye to the main man the general today - he lived to a fantastic age of 94 and a half bit his time came and we will miss him dearly xx

Just for for the record Alan is not a Stevenson he’s Alan askey so not the generals son! His sons are John,Graham and Phillip! I’m John daughter the generals granddaughter!
