Christmas Eve in Braintree

Possibly the oldest Nottinghamian to be pictured on here, my 93 year old mum last night with her guard dog:

Then our other pals:

Just before the rain arrived:

I'm now washing up from last nights huge meal, then we have the pressies to open before going of to the in-laws, where my wayward son from Lenton will hopefully have lost his hangover and will be meeting up with us.

Merry Xmas.

I took some breakfast up to my aged P earlier and left the dogs with her, they have an affinity with her. She said that she woke up at 3:00, staggered across the landing to the toilet and came back to find young Jerry curled up on the bottom of the bed. They've been lying outside her door on guard all night, daft dogs, butter wouldn't melt when she's around, they're still up there now waiting for her to come downstairs.
