Joan Tyler

I was born on Grainger ST. 1939. number 70. My grandparents lived at number 50.The Gray family. I lived through the Blitz of 1941 and can remember going into the air raid shelter outside out front door on the corner of Freeth St.where my mum's parents lived. The Murdens. All the houses across the road from our house were blown up in the blitz.
