The only fishing tackle shop I remember was on Ilkeston rd near the flea pit.
Had a couple of dates with a girl from Norton st till I found out her name Ada. it didn't work for me nothing wrong with the girl just her name.

I have been working for a dentist for about 20 years ,My wife came back with his estimate for some extractions & a partial denture that I would be making $ 7800.00
I paid him for the Xrays he took $275 & told him to go to hell .

Only thing I use the PC for is Invoices billing software & the CNC computer that runs the machine.
I use my Samsung Tablet for almost everything.

1974 the bus fare from Nottm to Clifton 12p now its 1 pound 70shillings
In 1974 I was getting 17 pounds 50p for a porcelain Metal dental crown now I see them at Attenborough Dental for 24 Quid.
I guess the Dentist has to make more the Lab gets left behind or more stupid idiots in the lab business.

My wife's visit this week confirmed that you have the most arrogant nasty drivers (Every one of them) & expensive bus service.
She actually let him have it when he started yelling at her for not knowing how much the fare was.

I remember being on the Sacramento river back in 1989 the day the earthquake hit the river changed direction, My mate said what are you smoking back there its not just cigarettes ,I said well we just passed our anchor & there is about 50 ft of slack rope
Of course when we docked we found out what had happened.

Actually I just changed my plan for $3 more & it includes free phone calls to landlines in the Uk unlimited $.20 per min to mobile
That has got my landline beat that was costing me $.08 per min.
No contract Unlimited plan Text & Talk 2 phones $80 pm + $3 for the International + $20 for the Tablet

Just finished my new rifle

I just priced a flight to Heathrow & back to East Midlands airport 101miles

I can fly to Miami from San Francisco return for less 3,200 miles .

If I had gone to NY the hotel room was over $2000 plus meals & taxis , From what I heard a tip for the taxi driver is at least $100.
Any way the handlers have turned out to be not reputable & I feel lucky to get away with what I have already spent
I got a whole new wardrobe of clothes for me & the other half, Shoes and everything.
Also the flights are getting cancelled cos of the storms so there was a possibility of getting stuck in NY.

Funny thing when I was racing most of my injuries were from loading & unloading the equipment.
As a sport I don't have a problem with speed I would go as fast as my wallet would allow, It still is my passion.
I do think rock/Mountain climbers are crazy with no prospects of any $ so they must enjoy doing what they do.
Boxers on the other hand have the incentive of lots of dosh.
There is a lot of money in some sports zero in others & most of the big money you don't need much equipment just your talent.
Beats 9-5 anyday.
