Born Highbury Vale lived in Gedling(off Westdale Lane) Went to Westdale Lane infants/junior schools And finished my education? at Gedling County Secondary Modern. Re "The maps" people will have to come & pay me a visit as, 1) The are rather large (28" X 20") 2) 1 have 140 of them. 3) They are somewhat heavy being cloth backed.

I have a collection of very large scale maps(1 inch to 41feet) dated 1880/1 I have most of the Meadows area + good chunks of Radford,Lenton,Basford And Bulwell & other areas of Notingham. I am willing for people to have a look or sell them if the price is right.

Hello all. I am a Nottingham exile, born in 1949 I have lived in Loughborough since 1971. I have recently (last year or so)taken an interest in the place of my birth. I have a large(ish) collection of books. I also have a collection of large scale(1to 500) maps 1to500 equates to 1 inch to 41 feet.
