  1. Of course has a soldier but rank or favour ,should not give him anymore or less than any other soldier, all I am trying to say is politicians by virtue are ambitous fame and fortune seeking individuals, all soldiers are the same in battle,I was refering to the

politician despite his and officers decisions the masses won the wars.

  2. At the end of all wars the historians tell us of the debt that we owe

to the politians and officers ,that won the wars ,the real heroes go back to the slums and start the long haul to pay the debts of them wars, how often do we read or care for the real heroes ,I cannot relate

to any other than them that serve bravely.for nothing but loss.

  3. The masses die to win wars, politicians start them and take credit for victory, and pass the buck if defeated, every ounce of my respect goes to the brave men buried all over the world they died for their country not fame and fortune, when you are playing with other peoples

lifes you can afford to take risks ,it was not and never will be politicians of any persusian that win wars ,why do you think he was not elected after the war.politicians are and always will be users.

  4. Mental stimulation ,and mobilisation are vital no matter how restricted it is our life line, example even limited mobilisation should be kept and if possible improved and aids mental stimulation.

Old people with a alert minds should be placed with like minded conditions,I know that the elderly with severe dementia or the like do affect the well being of the elderly with mental capacity ,in that

dementia can show itself in repepitive behavior that annoys the elderly struggling to cope with their own illnesses.

Caring for dementia is a very specilised skill ,and we has a society

should start to train care staff properly, instead of providing a

£7 per hour service, that is supposed to deal with really complex needs

across all of the care sector.

Once released from a specilised service you are in the lap of the gods

to where you end up ,sometimes one person really needs one to one support,to be sure of some sort of protection from the problems dementia has left them with,ie wandering, standing when no stability,

proper training and I mean proper training is needed ,with enhanced

    pay for skill gained.

  5. The bill for someone with dementia, that has potential to live a few

years, could give a tool to greedy relatives through euthanasia to get

the full inheritance, dementia sufferers could potentially be manipulated, but if fully diognosed would lose capacity.

  6. I apritiate what you say dj,but we have paid our dues since the age of 15,we was not told at that time that we would have to pay for our own care, had we known that we could have opted out of the nhs scheme and

immiediately had private insurance deducted from our wages, the current

set up is grossly unfair,my child and grandchilds future are important to me I appritiate that some think different,I chose not to sit on

my backside amd worked hard for the future,I dont.even have a choice to terminate my life,in a genetation where a lot dont and havent

worked there is a even bigger problem in the future and young people that see how we are being treat will not inspire them to work hard

    and who can blame them,

  7. Nice to see a lifetimes work to buy my house and keeping it maintained will be taken from me if I am ill,I used to think that people that neglected thier property must have problems ,but I now think whats the point, surely this can only be a short term fix for any government, people will not be queing up to buy their home for

the government to s natch it to pay for care, they will eventually have to face the true reasons for shortfalls in community care

and who will buy the houses they snatch.
