  1. Nottingham Forest Football Club was founded in 1865 by a group of shinty players and were known as Nottingham Forest Football and Bandy Club. Their home was the Forest Recreation Ground which was a racecourse from the late 17th late century until the late 19th century.

  3. The thread prompted me to sort through some of my old books and I came across one from 1980 called “Who’s Who On Television”. In it were numerous comedians including probably lesser known ones and some who I can’t recall. My apologies if some of these have already been mentioned
